Our Vision
At Kastelykert Otthon, we believe in providing compassionate, high-quality, and sustainable long-term care for the elderly. Situated on a serene 9,000 sq. meter estate in Gyula, Hungary, our facility currently supports 30 to 35 residents with exceptional assisted living and adult day care services. We are proud to be a USA-Hungarian collaboration, blending international standards with local expertise.
An Invitation to Partner with Us
We are seeking a strategic partner or socially conscious investor who shares our commitment to dignified elderly care and sees the long-term value in this impactfull sector.
Phase 1 investment to date: $1.5 million USD (privately funded) Current Opportunity:
Seeking investment: 200 million HUF (~$550,000 USD)
Purpose: To alleviate the burden of a high-interest mortgage.
Offering: 1/3 ownership stake in the fully built project including land and facilities Valuation: The current market value of the facility exceeds 1.1 billion HUF
Alternative Option:
We are also open to a low-interest loan of 5% annually over 25 years, which would serve as a viable solution to restructure our existing financial obligations.
